MEET GRADY:
As a certified strength trainer with over 30 years experience I am versed in all types of physical training from youth sports to senior fitness. I am passionately committed to helping others over achieve their personal fitness goals, while leading them towards a healthy lifestyle that will create the balance between Mind, Body & Spirit.
As a multi-sport athlete growing up I realize the importance of athletics for today’s youth. So while working with student athletes I always emphasize the importance of having a strong work ethic while also establishing a solid foundation of health and fitness.
As a life-long athlete, fitness is something that has been part of my life since a very early age. It is my Passion! I am committed to encourage, support, and challenge my clients to strive to be F.I.T. (Fully In Tune) for life!

With a strong athletic background and a deep passion for fitness, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others achieve their best selves. My approach to personal training blends cross-training techniques with various yoga styles, creating a balanced and comprehensive program that addresses all aspects of fitness. I focus on overall health and wellness, with a particular emphasis on core function—believing that a strong core is the foundation for a strong body and mind.
