Prior to working with him, I felt stuck where I was physically. I was working out and eating well but was not fully where I wanted to be to compete. Grady knew exactly what needed to be done to get me to that place. As a dancer, I wanted to make sure I was toning (not bulking) and was maintaining my flexibility.
